Stayed in a big room that was not kept clean. Location: the hotel was so close to local stores, restaurants and subway, the clean visible areas, and Caribe Tours and Expreso Bávaro bus terminals.

I had such a wonderful stay. The property was clean, and the staff was courteous. The location was marvelous, not too far from Avenida George Washington. All the services were perfect! The parking was nearby.

Everything was good, magnificent location not far from supermarkets, the Metro and the National Theater quarters and stores, great experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming, offered excellent services. The food was great overall.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Santo Domingo. The staff were excellent, always available, and very helpful. The room was spacious and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable, and there was a table where I could work. The complimentary water and excellent wifi were a nice bonus. a great place for a cheap price.

The hotel rooms are reasonably spacious and modern with refrigerator and bedroom, for example. The price is usd 65. Its location to the colonial district is particularly good and marvellous.

The accommodation at Esmeralda was absolutely great with a quiet setting. It was enchanting and located near a place to change money, which is important for a foreigner, as well as the Metro and public transit.

Had a fantastic Christmas away from home. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed the free snacks and drinks offered in the lobby, and the fact that they helped us arrange a taxi to the airport at a fair price was a plus. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops, and the beach was just a short drive away. Plus, the room had a lovely balcony overlooking the city lights.

The room was a bit on the pricey side, and the extra taxes and fees added up quickly. , the lobby area was undergoing some renovations which made it slightly noisy during our stay.
